A young woman of about 28 years old in our town was already an amputee (RAK) due to a road accident when she was 17. She is very attractive, slim with blonde hair, a good figure and very pretty face. In fact she would still be very attractive to me even if she was not an amputee, but she is and that makes it all the better! I have seen her many times around the area. She always wears an artificial leg and I would often stop and gaze in awe as she walked around on the false limb. Occasionally she would wear trousers, but most times she would wear a knee length skirt. She always seems to wear medium high heeled shoes, about 2-2.5" heel height, presumably her limb had been made to work best with this heel height. Indeed she walked very well with her false limb and it never seemed to limit her abilities very much. (I personally prefer to see an amputee lady wearing an artificial leg than without). I just love the sexy "artificial limp" presumably in the same way other devotees like to see amputees "glide" around on crutches! Anyway, recently the poor girl was reported in the local paper as having had her left leg amputated too, again above the knee. This time it was due to cancer. What awful luck for her. Whilst in the local shopping centre last week, I saw this girl and was completely amazed to see what she was doing. I would personally have expected to see her using a wheelchair but no, she was walking using crutches and her artificial right leg. No left leg fitted (presumably her left stump is not yet ready), but just a pair of forearm crutches and her artificial right leg! Also I could not believe that she was swinging her false limb and bending the knee. I would have thought that what she was doing would only have been possible with the artificial knee locked in the straight position, but she was managing to move around amazingly well. She was also doing this whilst wearing a high heeled shoe on her false leg and was still wearing a knee length skirt despite her now double amputation! This sight was absolutely amazing. By the look of it, she is not going to give in and accept being wheelchair bound, she is going to learn to walk with 2 above knee artificial limbs! I can only say good luck to her and I will treasure every moment that I see her.
